At MYR Group I was a key member of the M&A team that acquired and integrated businesses that tripled the revenue base and currently participate in their M&A activities from the Board of Director level. Leading the integration effort at Encompass, we integrated 55 acquired businesses into 14 strong regional units resulting in fewer corporations and diverse ERP systems and improved operating results.
