Examples of effectively responding in many critical business conditions include: leading a business through a product recall and class action lawsuit; divesting and closing businesses; appointed as the Senior Operating Officer in Charge during an 11 month CEO search and during that tenure effectively executed on strategy that resulted in record profits.M&A experience – from my early public accounting career through my last position, I have been involved in developing the acquisition strategy, identifying target companies, due diligence, financial modeling, legal reviews and subsequent integration work. At MYR Group I was a key member of the M&A team that acquired and integrated businesses that tripled the revenue base and currently participate in their M&A activities from the Board of Director level. Leading the integration effort at Encompass, we integrated 55 acquired businesses into 14 strong regional units resulting in fewer corporations and diverse ERP systems and improved operating results.
