Betty Rosbottom Email and Phone Number

Betty Rosbottom is the author of eleven cookbooks, including Sunday Brunch (2012), Sunday Roasts (2010) and Sunday Soup (2008) and the just released Sunday Casseroles (all from Chronicle Books). She founded and was the director of La Belle Pomme Cooking School in Columbus, Ohio, for more than twenty years before moving to New England. She wrote a weekly syndicated column called "That's Entertaining," for many years for Tribune Media Services, which appeared throughout the country, and has been a frequent contributor to Bon Appétit Magazine. She was the host of “On The Menu,” a popular PBS series aired in western New England from 2006 until 2009. She teaches at The Different Drummer’s Kitchen in Northampton, Massachusetts, and also gives classes in Maine at Stonewall Kitchen, and in Ohio.
