At McKinsey, I focused on strategy, organizational design, and digital transformation for leading global private and public sector institutions across advanced materials, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, agtech, credit unions, financial services, fintech, institutional investors, and education. My engagements included scaling artificial intelligence learning programs for executive management teams delivered in partnership with leading Canadian AI startups, incubators, and academics; defining a talent strategy, building a new digital organization, and implementing an Agile operating model to deliver a new agtech solution with a leading global agricultural supplier; supporting the digital transformation and change management strategy of a Canadian financial institution developing a new fintech solution; redefining the talent strategy and developing a performance management process and digital tools for a leading US pension fund; developing a global packaging strategy and building stakeholder buy-in across regions for a global consumer packaged goods manufacturer; and bridging distinct cultures to identify and capture post-merger synergies for a multinational advanced materials manufacturer.

At Kearney, I focused on strategy, operations, and organization for leading firms across technology, media, telecommunications, financial services, automotive, industrial machinery, and manufacturing.Some notable projects included advising a US automotive supplier on the development of a global training academy and piloting a learning and development initiative across the US, Europe, and Asia; transforming a Canadian telecommunications company's core network and corporate cost structure; developing a future-proof strategy for a print and digital media conglomerate; modelling and optimizing a leading industrial machine company's global supply chain network and local European facility operations; and supporting the reorganization of a US financial services company after a major divestiture.

At Ernst & Young I optimized provincial film and television production tax credits and ensured GAAP accordance of financial statements for Canadian and US media and entertainment companies. I also audited internal controls and provided risk mitigation strategy recommendations for leading non-profit organizations.

At the Port of Vancouver I built relationships with community members at events across our 16 port communities and offered tours and talks at Canada Place on the Port’s history, sustainability initiatives, and indigenous relations. I also helped lead our team of summer student leader volunteers and initiated a proposal to grow the Port's social media presence.
