Business Intelligence & Infrastructure Development: Directed a 7 person cross-functional team that aligned corporate business intelligence with a new mortgage business analytics platform for forecasting, targeting, performance tracking, and executive reporting. Key activities included building common metric definitions between teams, establishing data analysis standards, identifying vendors and KPIs, creating management dashboards, establishing sales participation targets, and streamlining business analytics across the entire division.

HR Business Integration ● Supported 15+ member HR business integration group following LaSalle, US Trust and Merrill Lynch mergers. Activities impacted all 50 U.S. states and included comparative cost-benefit analysis for workforce and work location reduction; re-engineering and standardizing reporting structures and creating line of business-specific dashboards; and developing methodologies related to attrition and diversity targets.
