Associate Lab Project Services Manager, Laboratory Environment
CurrentIQVIA is a world leader in using data, technology, advanced analytics, and expertise to help customers drive healthcare and human health forward.Projects are allocated and typically involve around 7 to 8 individual undertakings. These projects often have a global scope, spanning various countries. Ranging from 3 to 5 years in duration, these initiatives require effective budget management to ensure their successful execution. The specialties involved in these projects are remarkably diverse, reflecting a wide array of areas where exposure and expertise are brought to bear. Adept at high-level multitasking and managing between 7-10 projects simultaneously. Oversees a team of 5 individuals, consisting of a global project coordinator, 3 regional project coordinators, and a centralized project coordinator. Internal stakeholders encompass the financial team, the business development team, the management team, and an external client.Key Deliverables• Determine and control initial project planning and project protocols (global coverage) milestones, risk management and mitigation, and budgetary review.• Update issue and action logs whilst also keeping tight control over deadlines and scope creep.• Continuous update of project plans, highlighting any delays, areas of concern, or areas of review.• Control all documents, including research for each project lifecycle including electronic monitoring and reporting.• Conduct health checks and audits, analysing and following up on customer surveys.• Support the study set-up team for clinical trials and contribute to proposals and bid defenses.• Prepare and present documentation about processes, and database creation with an integrity overview.• Manage project study budgets and invoice procedures according to the study contract.• Follow up on all given project developments and notify management of any delays.
