My name is Beulah Trey and I help leaders, teams and large complex organizations connect with their passions and achieve excellence.In 2007 I co-founded Vector Group Consulting, an international consulting group that works in the areas of cultural transformation, LEAN acceleration, team building and executive coaching. Over the past 20 years, I’ve helped a variety of large complex organizations navigate organizational transformation and culture change to develop effective leadership teams and free their people to their best work.Recently, I was brought on board by a large health care system to lead their integrated approach to change management/process improvement. Culture quickly became a key issue and I co-led with the chief strategy officer a strategic planning and cultural transformation process that revolutionized their entire organization.
