• Guided Air Force’s largest Mission Support Organization through the largest change in 20 years; led the transition of evaluations into a new system and developed standard processes for 545 evaluation and decorations
• Reviewed and processed 16,600 documents and corrected 9,000 errors to ensure synchronization for five organizations to deliver accurate information
