I have been in the collection industry for over 20 years. I started my career working for BankOne in Columbus, Ohio. I was then hired in 1990 by a company called Management Decision System (MDS) in Atlanta, GA. MDS was a developer of statistical scoring models and I provided operational consulting for their clients. In 1996 I became co-owner of a consulting business called Risk Management Resources. In 2003 I opened my own consulting firm called Beverly Hart Consulting, Inc. I consider myself fortunate to have traveled extensively (domestically and internationally) and have provided consulting, training and speaking services for many companies such as Visa, FDR, Total Systems, Nissan, AT&T, First USA, Petro Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank, and the American Bankers Association. During the last eight years I ran the collection portfolio for 1st Financial Bank, USA. I have since retired from 1FBUSA.In the last few years I have been consulting and educating people on the importance of good credit. I have also partnered with Junior Achievement in teaching high school seniors how to build credit. I'm the credit expert.
