Bev is a highly experienced trainer specialising in developing well being and stress management in the work place.Bev McKay began her career in nursing and is a qualified RGN. A stress specialist, with ten years’ experience in stress management training. An interest in Diabetes led to her successfully gaining a diploma in Diabetes management. Bev also has certificates in Counseling and she is an experienced trainer, having taught stress awareness skills to a large number of public and private sector employees and managers. In 2008 Bev went to Cyprus with the Chartered Accountant Benevolent Association ( CABA) Premier Life skills presented a series of 1/2day workshops for managers to help identify the early warning signs of stress in the workplace, giving mangers and employee's effective tools and strategies to manager stress , improve their well being and enhance their performance in the work place and at home. The clients were KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young PriceWaterhouseCoopers.Bev not only trains but is a tutor for an accredited level 5 diploma course in stress management and a level 5 accredited diploma in coaching where her role is to train and tutor as well as assess and verify course work. Her mentoring and coaching skills are much in demand.
