In her role as Team Leader she mentored three new hires (program managers) who provided support in the delivery of the MCH, AHSOR, Injury Prevention and FASD Programs in Saskatchewan First Nations.  Developed and maintained key working relationships with First Nation governments including FSIN, Northern Intertribal Health Authority, Tribal councils and First Nation health authorities.
