Management of internal / external resources. Contract review, specification of business and systems requirements, process analysis, project plan preparations, and communications to project sponsors, and stakeholders. Conducted risk mitigations and essentially whatever it took to get the project completed successfully. I have supported multiple global and Alaska projects.
