I am a highly motivated and skilled worker with 15 years experience in the disability sector. Starting as a Support worker, moving to Service Leader and being seconded to Service Manager several times during the last few years. Through my work experience I have learnt a wide variety of skills such as organisation, leadership and team working. Being proactive and flexible allows me to complete tasks within required time frames. I enjoy being part of a time and supporting and enabling customers to achieve goals and their best life.
