My entire work history has been working in the education field be that Information Technology (IT), soft skills, people development or Leadership & Management training. This has given me a wealth and depth of knowledge in understanding people's development needs at all levels within companies.I currently am working on a number of projects throughout Essex offering funded training solutions from helping employees improve their English & Maths up to soft skills courses in Customer Service and ILM Management programmes.I also promote our range of Apprenticeships which now includes our IT Academy offering Digital Marketing, IT Technician and IT Engineer. Previously, I have been a leadership & management advisor working as a broker and matching the need of the company with the right training provider (both in expertise but also taking into account the culture of the company and understanding people's learning styles).Other roles have been in sales and account management.
