I was an account executive with the Arena client planning team. Client planning holds the keys to the client brief and is responsible for delivering excellence in client servicing by understanding the DNA of Arena's clients' business and marketing objectives. As a key member of the busy team, the role entailed working on a number of key accounts. I was given the tools to learn to plan our clients’ advertising campaign strategies across thewide media landscape. On top of this I was entailed with providing support to the team including accurate reporting, competitive insight/analysis, regional analysis, and media owner support. This role enabled me to begin to understand the broader media marketplace, past, current and future.
