Family business renovating properties to improve and sell on. Alot of hands on work involved including decorating and building.

Worked at the horse sanctuary helping feed and maintain the site for the animals which also included deer. Repaired fences and moved and sorted stock. Controlled access points to move over 30 horses to and from various areas.Also aided in medication and general care for the horses while maintaining good hygiene.

Worked within the gym helping members achieve their personal fitness goals. Performed inductions to show the public how to safely and effectively use equipment. Taught various classes including circuits, core and spin. Aided personal clients taking body measurements and giving health and nutritional advice. Completed paperwork and kept records stored safely. Emailed clients and spoke to the public face to face on a daily basis answering any queries.

Worked preparing meals for the residents of the care home while I was studying at Easton college. Talked and gained rapport with the elderly residents and carers. Also prepared evening drinks and aided in community events.
