-Sole PM for two multi-site core network refresh projects covering six hospitals and over 100 non-hospital entities (small practices and offices)-Responsible for developing installation scope and schedule to replace the entirety of the Inova network core layer (Cisco 3850 / 9300 / 4507 / 4510 and Nexus 7ks) with newer Aruba hardware (6300 / 6405 / 6410 models) at every Inova site – over 300 network closets in the main hospitals, as well as core rooms and datacenters-Handled all contact and coordination with the vendor teams providing cabling and power solutions-Coordinated with every hospital department’s leadership and the engineering team to plan downtimes with minimal impact to staff functionality and no impact to patient health and safety.-Organized and ran kickoff calls as well as weekly syncs and problem solving sessions with the hospital leadership, engineering teams and support vendors to review completion and identify pain points to remediate, and drove followup discussions to ensure continual progress.-Wrote change management plans for network downtimes detailing work scope, impacted systems, escalation paths and rollback procedures-Developed workflow for installation technicians to handled incoming hardware builds, delivery and turnup prep, as well as returning hardware decom with the warehouse to reclaim and recycle Cisco gear-Performed audits of network space readiness for installations, and updated mapping systems to identify all untracked network hardware locations across the hospitals
