Over 5 years of experience selling and account managing technology solutions to market and brand research. Clients include various Fortune 500 companies.As a Solution Architect and Specialist at Qualtrics I work with top level clients where I design, price, and present their proposed sample solution. Additionally, I help managed relationships with dozen of vendors with whom we work on a daily basis. I work on an internal team of 10, many of whom I have trained on sample science and our Brand XM product. Through these efforts, our sample closed routinely exceeds 1M/quarter.I have additional experience in customer/fan experience, and not only from my degree in Experience Design and Management. During my time at the BYU Athletic Department, I spent time working on on-campus promotions as well as on-field/on-court.
