Hello, I’m Bevan. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.I have been involved in health and education for most of my adult life. Having been an avid sportsperson, I pursued a Bachelor of Physical and Outdoor Education at La Trobe University, and my keen interest in health then propelled me into a Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University and a fellowship at Epworth Hospital. Thereafter I completed my certification as a personal trainer and went on to run a successful PT business for several years. I’m a strong believer that we are the driver of our own success, and I thrive on helping others as an accredited master coach from The Coaching Institute.Not satisfied with the status quo, my entrepreneurial drive led me to become owner and operator of F45 Training Sunbury, which I built from the ground up and have grown into a highly reputable and well-regarded business. The challenges of operating two gyms during a pandemic have ensured I pivot with the times to see my businesses not just survive but thrive. I made another long-time vision a reality with the opening of a third business, BadMavericks & Co Barber, a brand and business model that I founded and have grown into the most highly regarded barbershop in town. My personal philosophy is that personal development and professional development go hand in hand, and furthermore are integral to each other. When we feel healthy, energetic and full of life, our work ethic and drive to achieve goals is enhanced.My business goals, indeed the way in which I conduct my gyms and barbershop, are aimed at; 1) developing and implementing strategies that ensure positive return on investment and 2) best serve the consumer. In every opportunity I look for ways to give the customer the best service by underpromising, adding value, and overdelivering.
