As a Sales Negotiator my role is to deal with all aspects of Estate Agency, from preparing the property for market, devising a marketing campaign, to sales negotiation in order to achieve the best price for my clients. I offer free market appraisals to potential clients, offering a pre-sale valuation with full marketing advice, discuss the selling process, and offer advice to help show their homes to it's full potential. Selling a property can be one of life's most stressful experiences, it my job to ensure that the process is as simple and stress-free as possible.

My first taste of the property world was at Macleod & MacCallum, as a Lettings Administrator within a successful and busy Lettings Department. My role was to deal with a variety of duties relating to their substantial portfolio of managed properties. My key tasks included:- Dealing with processing and lodging rental payments- Dealing with the pre-tenancy paperwork and applications- Dealing with tenancy renewal’s including arranging EICR, PAT tests, etc.- Carrying out property viewings to prospective tenants- Carrying out Property Inspections- Client liaison with Landlords/tenants/contractors as and when required.

I have worked my way up to become Inverness Features Advertisement Manager for Scottish Provincial Press. My key role is to develop the potential and growth of the Features department and attain the agreed revenue and volume targets.Responsibilities include:Identify and develop advertising features within our newspaper titles.Overseeing the advertising activity within the Features department. Managing a team of 8 sales executives.Training and people development.Budgeting - revenue and costs.Working to design briefs, editorial briefs and liaising with clients and production staff to deliver projects.

I started at Scottish Provincial Press as a Sales Executive, and have worked myway up to become Project Manager. I now deal with public sector contracts, amongst other projects - including publications and events. My key role is to manage and develop new ways of generating revenues, through securing appropriate advertising and sponsorship, for the public sector.
