With almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate and driven leader in risk management through innovation and analytics. My mission is to ensure that DTCC, the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Through curiosity and collaboration, I leverage analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and risk management knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that support DTCC's strategic objectives and regulatory obligations.As the Executive Director of Internal Audit at DTCC, I head the analytics, innovation, reporting, and technology functions, as well as the department administration. I also own the enterprise-wide issue management and reporting framework, and act as the GRC lead and advocate for the organization. I work collaboratively with senior management, board members, regulators, and external auditors to provide independent assurance and advisory services, and to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Some of my key achievements include enhancing the audit methodology and tools, developing and implementing a data analytics strategy, and leading several complex and cross-functional audits and projects.
