  Responsible for all Finance aspects of IM's Engineering Services contracts including:• Responsible for bookings, sales, profit and cash targets jointly with the V.P. of the Engineering Services business line.• Ensure execution of engineering services programs to include preparation of customer reports, timely cash collection & invoicing, and compliance with applicable contractual requirements.• Provide inputs to the accounting close process as required to aid in accruals and accurate and timely recording of costs, cash and revenue recognition.• Assist in development of the Annual Operating Plan and take responsibility for engineering services inputs into the planning process.• Lead the financial aspect of customer interactions within your business line.• Provide business line inputs into the monthly forecasting process, and take responsibility for accuracy of forecast with a goal to achieve <5% variability.• Conduct variance analysis against plan/forecast to improve accuracy and present results to management or customer as required.• Present monthly financial results as part of the monthly and quarterly Monthly Operating Review.• Responsible for planning and tracking departmental indirect budgets.• Responsible for FAR/CAS compliance on applicable contracts within the federal services business line to include unallowables and proper indirect rate application.• Responsible for reviewing and approving all engineering services contract modifications. Also prepare all financial documents and pricing required for these modifications.• Provide pricing and rate (direct and indirect) information as part of the proposal and new business process. Coordinate and conduct submission of pricing and other required financial information to prospective customers.• Prepare and present financial data in visual form to senior management in an easy to understand and succinct manner.
