I have worked in SEN Education for a long time both in Specialised Schools and Main Stream Schools.I have worked with Visually Impaired Students, ADHA and Autistic Students, Non Verbal Students and Behavioural Students to name a few. I have learnt a multitude of skills because of this and also because I have my own Special Needs son.I am always prepared to try new ideas and adapt to the situation at the time.Each student is different and should be treated as an individual. look for their strengths and interests to help with everyday learning, either school work or Life Skills. Everything is important to the students learning and they always come first.
