With over 20 years of experience, I have built a broad skill set encompassing business leadership, financial management, senior-level relationship building and people management, service delivery customer engagement, contract negotiations and event management.I am recognised for being able to effectively build, lead, mentor, train and develop cross-functional teams to drive the achievement of business and personal objectives. For example, over the course of my career, I have been instrumental in driving business performance, reducing costs, streamlining processes and increasing customer service delivery. In addition, having worked across multiple sectors including building services, hospitality and events, I have demonstrated that I am adaptable and can comfortably integrate into a number of different roles.For the past 20 years, I have been working for Domino Building Services as Finance Director and Company Secretary. My role has been incredibly multi-faceted and I have played a key role in directing the financial operations of the business with ownership for driving profit margins, analysing budgets, preparing financial reports and creating financial projections.Prior to my longstanding career with Domino Building Services Limited, I gained several years of experience working for some of the world’s leading hospitality brands including Forte Hotels. During this time, I successfully managed and coordinated a range of events during career with Forte Hotels including business conferences and meetings, weddings and private dining events up to 400 people. I was also selected as part of a team of just 4 managers to support the General Manager in successfully turning around the performance of a failing hotel in Windsor, where I was accountable for driving conference and banqueting functions.
