In my current position as Chief Administrative Officer/Billing Coordinator, I directly supervise 3 administrative employees in the day-to-day responsibilities of case management; ensure accuracy in the data entry of misdemeanor probation sentences from the Magistrate, Municipal, State and Superior Courts. I provide direct clerical support to the Chief, Deputy Chief and Probation Officers. I maintain multiple certifications and ensure compliance of policies and current training of our staff. Maintain current GCIC, TAC, GBI training and compliance and update training manuals. I am directly involved in and facilitate the interviewing and hiring of new employees and manage employee personnel files; process payroll paperwork for our staff; process accounts payables and accounts receivables and monthly bank and multiple account reconciliations; assist in budgets and producing reports. I have over 30 years of experience in clerical and administrative roles. I also have 20 plus years of employment in county, state and federal governmental agencies. I'm organized, detailed and task oriented and I rise up to challenges with enthusiasm. I am flexible and adapt well to changes in fast paced environments. I am cohesive and work well with others. I'm self-motivated and work independently with little supervision. I am comfortable in either a follower or leader role. I am punctual, loyal and dependable. I am a team player and enjoy assisting others in their daily tasks and special projects. I am most fulfilled when I am able to go above and beyond my daily tasks and duties to assist someone in getting further along in their tasks, duties and purposes.
