• Main Duties:
• Working together with the service desk team towards resolving 95% of problems at first line support for customer such as Mercedes Benz, T-Mobile, Daimler Chrysler UK, Ready Mixed Concrete (now Cemex) and Mercedes.
• Escalation and liaison with both internal and external support groups, in order to provide the best resolution for the customer.
• Updating and generating daily/weekly statistics and reports.
• Working to strict service level agreements and deadlines often under pressure.
