I am responsible for harmonizing activities of Sweeping Operations, Field Services, Quality Control, and Billing departments - liaising with appropriate department managers to ensure unity of action and efficient synchronization of efforts to achieve company goals. I manage approximately 35 vendor and subcontractor accounts - ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfactory project progress.As one organizational primary point of contact, I also interface with many of our existing and potential clients. I aim to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and repeat business through relationship building, thorough product/service knowledge, and prompt responsiveness to queries. Notable achievements include successfully sourcing, implementation, and managing the company's first Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).

I was accountable for developing a volunteer program and executing an implementation strategy for BICAS - a local non-profit. Working closely with department coordinators and board members, I initiated an organizational readiness assessment and used outcomes to model the new Volunteer/Outreach Program.I joined BICAS during a transitional period and had to navigate several logistical challenges in implementation due to an under-developed framework and vision for the program. Successes included standardizing training for incoming and continuing volunteers, automating the volunteer signup/registration process, developing a uniform volunteer database and improving data capturing.

I was responsible for verifying tutoring records and validating service hours for 100-120 instructors. I translated instructor services into billable time for the company's 80-100 Local Educational Agencies. I successfully developed and implemented an invoicing database which improved the billing schedule and invoice tracking. I also reorganized and managed an existing internal database of approximately 900 enrolled students - reducing record loss and improved record accessibility.During my time at 1 2 3 MATH, I drafted and edited 110 - 120 service proposals and compiled requisite supporting documentation - aiding in the procurement of approximately 95 service contracts with Local Educational Agencies.
