As a Project Coordinator, my primary focus is to manage and deliver MPLS solutions for SME’s during the project cycle. My responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, weekly reporting and supplier (both internal and external) management. During the past 12 months, I have successfully delivered a total contract value of £1.6m and have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets set. Hired as a 1st line technical support agent, I was dealing with incoming calls from partners and customers regarding issues with ADSL circuits, Email, domains and VPNs. After 2 years I moved into a new Provisioning team to manage all the Ethernet orders and to help develop the processes for doing so.
