• Review, draft, and prepare a wide array of commercial real estate leasing documents.• Assist team in supporting lawyers, developers, lenders, property and asset managers, landlords, and tenants with all types of office, industrial, and retail commercial leasing and real estate matters.• Take instructions, review documentation, obtain and summarize information, report on status of leasing matters.• Prepare and maintain annual minutes, resolutions, letters and other related corporate documentation as required. • Draft and implement incorporations, organizations, amalgamations, reorganizations, continuances, dissolutions, revivals, licenses, limited partnerships, business names, and financing transactions. • Maintain and review corporate records, securities ledgers and registers.• Conduct corporate and securities searches and analyzing filings, conduct property title searches, credit checks, prepare detailed summaries for team to consider and for record keeping. • Maintain leasing and corporate database and organize a multitude of files and documents. • Stay current on legislative changes and revise precedents and technical procedures checklists to ensure compliance with new legislation and changes to internal processes.• Provide senior level administrative support to business teams, including but not limited to: handling information requests, and preparing various types of correspondence and reports, and performing other administrative duties as required.
