Leading process improvement projects and serving as departmental contact for project initiatives and best practice. Working across multiple functions with process owners, team members to develop and design objectives related to process excellence. Creation of training for use in problem solving.

Responsible for the supervision of general operational processes related to the role and management of dedicated Process Excellence trained staff and Biotechnology Administration team. Ensuring work is completed to required schedules, responsible for timely arrangement of travel and client visits. Organizing monthly operational meeting and capturing updates. Capturing and reporting monthly revenue recognition.

Responsible for the efficient operation and function and management of the Study Coordination & Administration teams within the Biotechnology Division. The day to day management duties include performance management (probationary reviews, PMD reviews etc.), planning/conducting training relevant to that particular group and resource scheduling.The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the team and work output, and will manage the team members as appropriate. Supervision of reportee’s work and ensuring documentation is produced that is of a high quality and that meet’s the Client requirements is vital.
