Plan, organise and monitor Lab Moves Project related work orders to ensure successful completion of the project(s) within deadlines.Liaise with various stakeholders for information / queries on open work orders. Provide GxP batch data in to the correct Manual Data Entry System (MDES) to support data trending as part of Product Lifecycle Management.Act as an independent verifier that data entered on to MDES by other Data Technologists is correct thereby ensuring data is available for GxP useLiaising with Batch Dossier scan the required Batch documents as pdf files to facilitate the transcription process into MDESTo request Technical input to resolve enquiries relating to MDES requirements and original batch data inputsHighlight the requirement to raise Internal Problem Notification when verified entries are found to be incorrectLog incidents of errors to aid in the future elimination or recurring errorsSecure Data by creating a data area folder structure to transfer files between data area sub-folders.Check data formats and archive revised Data Acceptance Forms and datasets.
