Due to the implementation of a new Procurement system (IBUY) my main Role in the Source 2 Pay (S2P) Programme team was to cleanse the UKHub vendor records (Approximately 9,300)Data cleansing activities (supported by central team), due to the current setup which involves vendor partnering it was necessary for changes to be applied to the SAP vendor master records in order to make the supplier data suitable for the Ariba On Demand feeds, which affected approximately 9, 300 vendor records. My role was to extract the report from SAP and analysis the report and using the Business Data Cleanse Scoping document, which gave a detailed breakdown of each activity and the associated tasks involved in completing the activities. Analysis and investigation of discrepancies in reports and data, providing input to data lead, country analyst and project manager for migration planning. Support cutover planning activities and take part in cutover testing, considering business process impact. Provide support to the S2P Analyst in determining the requirements for test and go-live activities.

Due to changes and restructure within the NHS, my role of working in the transition team is to monitor and control the vacancies in-box, proofing and uploading jobs specification onto the internal website using the access database. Logging all vacancies received in the excel spreadsheet. Monitoring and proofing vacancies to be escalated, validated and liaising with HR Business team to advertise on the NHS national website. Whilst working on a very busy Global Service Desk during the roll out of a new Financial Business system to the 206 British Council offices worldwide, I have under taken many new skills including providing 1st level support with a Service level Agreement targets on average 96% month on month to 8,500 end users in 110 countries, troubleshooting for customers across various financial modules. I was responsible for testing and writing end users procedures, ensuring that the final solution meets end users requirements. During the role out of the SAP Systems to the 232 British Council offices worldwide, my main achievement was providing twelve weeks in-country support & training to the following countries – Greece, Poland, Beijing, Mexico, Italy, Egypt, Algeria, Pakistan and Ukraine.
