Managed the design, training and implementation of a vHealth multidisciplinary Diabetes management programme for the virtual doctor service.• Developed and implemented programme strategy that successfully delivered the first disease management programme to be delivered by the vHealth;• Improved health outcomes for patients and improved use of resources which increased the availability of doctor appointments.• Created telehealth training and knowledge checks for digital health doctors resulting in clinical teams meeting compliance, audit and external license requirements.• Collaborated cross functionally, understood needs, supported, followed through on promises and ensured the business wide strategy was met.

Designed, implemented and managed the first clinical care management and wellness programmes in Aetna International across the clinical teams in UK, Dubai, China and Hong Kong. • Led teams, engaged to understand needs and set expectations, mentored, coached, monitored and enabled ownership and improved performance.• This included training, operational delivery, managing teams, audit, quality and data analysis and resulted in improved knowledge of, and management of patients with high-cost claims, improved patient satisfaction and basic data analysis showed a reduction in claims costs.• Using my expertise in designing and implementing care management programmes, I was able to successfully deliver services of high value contracts for external government and private contracts in Qatar, South Korea and China.
