Core role to design the womenswear range of resort to town collection. The range consists of daywear, Beach and cocktail, for a premium lifestyle company.The development of any Print and embellishment.and working in close collaboration with the Owner and Managing Director, to deliver the company ethos.

Designed the Tailored Outerwear for A/W 2018 for Debenhams Core range.Devised general colour palette and colour breakdowns.Key shape analysis along side mood and colour boards.

key Role to lead a Team of designers to deliver a seasonal RTW womenswear Collection.Principally accountable for the design of the collection, including outerwear, Tailoring, dresses, separates, cocktail and Evening. led the Team in the research and development of mood and colour stories.Managed freelance Designers, and played key role in the development of any Print and embroidery stories.Managed the development of Knitwear, shoes and Accessories, through both in-house and freelance designers.worked closely with pattern cutting and sampling teams to deliver proportion and Fit, as well as pursuing high quality finishing techniques.Worked closely with Mr Conran on the edit of the collection, as well as looks and line up for the seasonal catwalk show, model and show castings.
