 Database administrator for Wellview, Siteview, Rigview & Masterview. Responsible for all programs training of both field and office personnel. Created all forms that were used and pulled queries when needed.  Worked with Peloton to write scripts that pulled data from AFE navigator and our accounting system to import all AFE information. Team lead for putting together LINN standards as well as area standards for data input into Wellview and Siteview. Oversaw and performed all testing for upgrades and patches from Peloton. Obtained an EPA area wide waterflood permit including an area wide aquifer exemption This involved building more than 1200 wellbore diagrams, making sure all financial requirements were in place, responding to numerous EPA inquiries and filing all updates with the EPA after receiving the permit. Member of the Berry and Devon properties integration team. This involved integrating Berry’s and Devon’s Wellview database into LINN’s system, filing the name changes with all regulatory agencies, going to the field to welcome the new Devon employees and becoming their liaison which helped them become familiar with LINN’s different systems. Assembled production graphs that could be updated daily from Aries so that the engineers had the ability to view the graphs in an easier format than the company’s dashboard graphs Mentored the field staff on all regulatory requirements, including teaching them how to file completion and sundry reports. Worked extensively with field staff on coding invoices correctly and inputting them into Wellview so as to best track expenses. Mentored new and existing engineering technicians as needed so as to be independent and reliable employees. Worked with the land department to develop reports so that they knew when wells were shut in so that we did not lose leases.
