Under the direction of the State Parks Recreation Grants Branch Director, this position is responsible for the Boating Access legal control assessment, to include: determination of current legal control status of existing boat ramps from survey of existing legal documents, review of TPWD archival records, review of TPWD land records and development of an inventory assessment of existing boat ramps. Assists in compilation of assessment results and creates current legal control status reports of approximately 382 Boating Access sites in Texas. Have letter of recommendation.

Reviewing materials from courts and databases; typing FBI expungement memos to be sent to the data entry department for records removals.
