Across my career as a customer experience leader, I have had the opportunity to design, launch, and manage transformational customer experience initiatives across thousands of frontline employees and senior leaders nationwide. This work includes helping companies fulfill their brand promises by aligning their employees’ behaviors, attitudes, and actions through training and staff development.
