Currently employed with Invitation HomesExperience includes reading in and inputting all Rehab Projects into the Database, insuring all pricing is correct and attaching all documentation to support the scope of work. Input all residential maintenance, lawn maintenance, and cleaning for each rehab project that we are assigned. Once these are loaded into the Database, the work orders must be sent out to the vendors with the correct pricing to complete the scope of work. Attach any and all change orders that are needed for additional scopes of work making sure that everything is totaled correctly for invoicing. Once the project has been completed it is then moved over for invoicing. Process each invoice making sure everything is totaled correctly, attach all documentation that supports the scope of work and send to the client for payment. Input all material cost for each job, attach the material list and receipt for Home Depot, Lowe's, and reconcile the statement each month with the Database to make sure all materials and cost have been added. Input all invoices that we receive from vendors into the Database and approve for payment.Assist the Operation's Manager in applying for permits for renovation and new construction jobs. Assign the lien agent as well for each new project. Insure that all permit documentation, placards and lien agent information is printed and given to the Field Manager for proper placement at the construction site. Call and schedule all power/gas lines that need to be installed at the new project such as Duke Power or Piedmont Natural Gas or the company that service's that particular area. Assist the Operation and Production Manager's with responding to emails, setting up appointments with the tenants and anything else that they may require assistance with . Assist the Accounting Department in insuring that all vendors are in compliance with workers compensation and liability insurance that is required by Dalton Building Group
