I am a kind, compassionate person and my passion is helping others. I treat the people I served the way I would like to be treated. I enjoy engaging and connecting with people and finding common ground that makes the experience with me warm and the feeling that someone really cares. I have gone above and beyond on many instances for hard to reach families. This would start regular visits that in the past were difficult to obtain. I have an excellent attendance record and have had great relationships with my supervisors. One of my strengths is making sure I consult with my supervisor when a foresee a potential challenges arise.
