I retired from teaching school in 2006. I moved to Maui to resurrect my life after a dreadful divorce. I learned to scuba and started to take yearly dive trips to Indonesia, first with a boyfriend, and once we split, I continued on my own as I could not find anyone to go with me. I play tennis about four times a week, surf if there's a swell, and keep myself busy. I have a nice collection of wine, but maybe I should call that a problem! I compose music for the piano and love to cook. I love my independence and freedom.
