Possessing the reputation as a results driven, team focused, detail oriented, Customer centric, product expert made Beverly a highly valued personnel resource amongst Permuta Senior Management and she was often selected for special projects, panels and troubleshooting teams. Specifically, Beverly was selected by the President and CEO to assist the Training Division with the design, development and implementation of a specialized Customer software training program. Beverly was instrumental in creating the curriculum which was tailored to the respective audience receiving the training – end user, system administrator, master user, security permission settings i.e. Her extensive experience working with the Customer allowed her to contribute pertinent curriculum content that would have otherwise been excluded from the training program had she not been handpicked as a member of the training team. Beverly traveled to the Customer sites and using her extensive and specialized communication style, successfully conducted a multitude of Permuta software training sessions.
