CurrentI started working with the Crop Protection & Seed unit in the Bulk Terminal the end of May 2014. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for entering inbound and outbound information into clients system as well as US system.Track inventory and balances with clients information.Generates daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.Timely and accurately tracks tank assignments.Supports terminal operators with all document preparation, including BOL's.Prepares and administers monthly invoicing.Tracks tank clean out reports and all maintenance activity in the bulk terminalWorks directly with the Terminal Operations Manager and commercial Manager to assist in overall management of facilities.Works with client contacts to schedule inbound/outbound shipments I previously worked in Crop Nutrients unit for 15 years. I started out as Administrative Assistant. The last six years I was Procurement Administrative Assistant. I assisted the Procurement specialist in purchasing products with suppliers for secondary nutrients, value added, and Macros. Mainly working with NH3 & urea. I worked with Suppliers on maintaining purchase orders, keeping track of supplier contracts/orders, track product length, assign and maintain sales orders, kept track of a variety of products and/or shipments, assisted management with daily/monthly reports as needed, and customer service.I worked with Sales Representative, Transportation, and Accounting Departments in solving any problems. Trained new employees and worked with our IT department on new reports to become efficient.
