Manage the overall client relationship for multiple healthcare providers with MedAssets revenue cycle management solutions. Assist clients in maximizing product utilization and integration within existing processes and workflows; ensure that needs are addressed in the most effective and efficient manner; establish and maintain strong executive level client relationships; identify upselling opportunities.

Support over 100 facilities with patient accounting/general ledger related issues including system conversions, month-end close, account reconciliations, training and development of best practices. Responsible for monthly A/R trending reports on key performance indicators and external reporting for A/R investment project; prepare and conduct presentations for bankers. Evaluate and enhance patient accounting reports and systems to ensure data accuracy and to achieve standardization across platforms. Suport regions and facilities in A/R management; create and conduct presentations at quarterly executive meetings.

Support 11 facilities in business office operations and A/R management. Conduct operational reviews to ensure P&P compliance; report and trend monthly performance; establish goals; monitor and analyze collections, aging and bad debt; address operational issues.

Assist hospitals with business office operations in preparations of and through conversion to new patient accounting system. Areas include: billing and collections, cash, admitting, reconciliation, management of aging accounts, patient refunds and credit balance control, account review and analysis.

Manage financial accounting and human resource departments.

Manage office, billing and collections for private practice doctor.
