I strive to continuously advance my knowledge and skills through my career history and academics. I am currently a full-time student at the University of Phoenix studying to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. My current profession is a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist with the Texas Health and Human Service Commission. I seek to help my community in obtaining the healthcare and resources they need to be healthy and thrive. My passions are to teach various communities to be self-sustainable by growing their own food, create healthy habits, utilize resources in their local community for cleaner energy, waste management, and personal assistance. My goals are to find a profession that will allow me to utilize my knowledge, skills, and passions to better our nation and someday open a non-profit organization that envelopes all that I strive to teach others.
