I am an energetic, dedicated, and positive can do person about Self-Funded benefit plans. I enjoy the flexibility, customization and unique experience each self-funded client brings. Providing the utmost customer service to our clients and members gives me great job satisfaction. After all, that is what a TPA is all about, that outstanding customer service experience. Staying on the cutting edge in the Self-Funded TPA world is critical to survive in this field and ACS is continually adding to the products offered, upgrading technical options and thinking outside the "box" which provides me with new opportunities to grow professionally and expand my knowledge. A person should learn something new everyday and use that increased knowledge in a productive way. A TPA is certainly a team environment atmosphere which I thrive in. Working independently to achieve improved workflow results, while also working with teams in many other departments keeps me energized and motivated as no day is alike. Being a key member of a small team tasked to review current annual review process and develop a new format, was very rewarding to me. The more frequent employee engagement meetings have shown strong positive results by all employees and from all managers. The sense of contributing to the success, professional growth and personal growth are very important to me in my job. If I am not contributing then why am I here? This is a question that I ask myself to make sure I am engaged in my job. It is very important to me to contribute all I can at work and not just have a job where I dread going to work and am only there for a paycheck. I encourage myself and other people to never stop learning and growing as how do we truly know our potential if we are not open to new opportunities and new challenges. I have a wonderful, supportive husband who has very similar values as me and he too is very successful. Together we have two amazing children with wonderful futures ahead of them.
