I have 7 plus years experience in the customer service field. Our job really relates to a lot more than just customer service, we maintain a close relationship with our customers, we follow their PO as it comes in and track and complete the process all the way until the material ships and we invoice it to the customer. We have close Customer Relations , we Coordinate with Technical Service and Sales team to address quality issues with product or other customer complaints Submit responses to customers on quality issues Confirm customer orders of direct and stock models & submit to planners for processing of Order tracking as required by customer with customer status reports. I have owned my on business in Retail, I have managed several teams and enjoyed it very much. My ex husband and I had a tree service I helped manage and handle book keeping , payroll, hiring and firing . We had an auto auction I ran and had my title clerk license which I went to classes in Montgomery for, I can do titles , title searches on vehicles, campers, boats etc... I have worked in sales working with Bell south and Access. I am a very hard , dependable, worker and a very quick learner .
