I have worked in the equity compensation and payroll management field for over 20 years and have diversified experience in equity, payroll, accounting, and human resources.Equity - My experience includes serving as a global stock administration manager for a variety of option, award and stock purchase plans for multi-national companies in the Bay Area. I have implemented a variety of projects in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, stock splits, vendor selection/transition, and an IPO. Responsible for the management, administration and compliance of the Company’s global equity programs, SEC reporting, Section 16, ASC718 expense accounting, SOX, 10b5-1, financial planning, securities compliance, etc.Payroll – Experience managing all aspects for US and International payroll. Manage the payroll function of processing timecards, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, recording hours of work, and calculating payrolls. Develops and implements appropriate internal controls, strategies to support payroll operations, and segregation of duties. Reviews and approves payroll deductions, interprets company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures, and directs preparation of government reports. Supports and works closely with Human Resources, Treasury, external services providers, Corporate Tax, and other managers to streamline and develop processes that ensure seamless expatriate assignments and efficient local payroll processes.
