Hi, I’m Bev! Over the past two decades, it has been a pleasure to serve within hospitals and medical centers across Maryland as a charge nurse, staff nurse, and preceptor. I have a true passion for improving the quality of healthcare services through coaching and training, and have supported the development of numerous new nurse graduates who have gone on to become dynamic leaders themselves.As a charge nurse, I specialize in the oversight of elective orthopedic cases, diabetic complications, and patients with limited mobility, and I have supported the successful implementation of several clinical patient safety initiatives.
