Created press release and conducted community outreach for marketing and PR purposes.DOWNTOWN BOULDER PARTNERSHIP:Planned and executed 2-day meeting for 80 attendees for International Downtown Association's College Town Summit in May 2018. Contracted hotel room block, booked various venues for meeting and reception locations,, planned the menus and set-up details, and made arrangements for tours of the University of Colorado campus and Downtown Boulder's Pearl Street Mall.THE BRADLEY BOULDER INN:Hospitality services for a 12-room inn - including but not limited to check-ins, check-outs, food service, reservations, client relations, and marketing. Evaluating current systems and making recommendations for ongoing improvements and business development.COLORADO MUSIC FESTIVAL:Pro-bono contribution for site selection and catering decision for the CMF's 40th Anniversary Gala in 2017. Sent RFPs to venues and caterers, analyzed quotes, and assisted with menu decisions.THE GOLDEN HOTEL:3-month contract project serving as the Director of Business Development in an effort to expand the market share and enhance community outreach efforts. I began working at the Hotel Boulderado in January 1983 as a part-time housekeeper while I was attending the University of Colorado. I dedicated 28 years of my life to the success of the Boulderado - working 11 different positions through the years - and I absolutely loved working there. I'll be back some day... perhaps as a ghost!
