PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES at Southern Regional Medical Center to high risk mental health patients of all ages referred for treatment by medical physicians or psychiatric treatment professionals. Travel to other local emergency room facilities to assess and skillfully evaluate patients for mental health services to include accurate recommendations on patient treatment and disposition. Coordinate direct admissions on a routine basis from and between other medical and mental health facilities. Assist with DEVELOPING DETAILED PLANS, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FOR SHORT AND LONG TERM IMPLEMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES PROGRAM; responsible for managing, completing or providing oversight for various analytical reports associated with program. PROVIDE VARIOUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: TRAIN AND SUPERVISE EMPLOYEES; develop and synchronize employee work schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage at Southern regional Medical Center.
