A driver of her success is her ability to analyse multiple systems and weigh up the balance between user and administrator experience versus budget.Previously, Beverly held the position of Group Learning & Development Executive, while working at Cash Converters Southern Africa (an international Franchise with over 85 stores). She held this role for 7 years from October 2014 - June 2021. Here she created an online learning academy from the ground up using the Cornerstone on Demand Learner Management system and later migrating to TalentLMS. The migration required extensive research of the top LMS’s available.
